"silvery elf voice" ....ok. i'll take that....luckily for jerry, he was a very interesting talented guy who could talk about a great range of stuff....in the interviews i think it is the beatnik that comes out...call it the elfy beatnik if you will but...

the black turtle-neck, the hair and glasses and enlightened/intellectual tone....obviously this guy spent a lot of time in the coffee shops, you dont have to read any biographies to surmise that...

thanks, interviews with jerry are essential listening
